Description

Set of five metal tokens used by members of the Ku Klux Klan.
(1) Square token with punched hole at top, "KKK Member 26 Georgia" printed on front, "Macon Georgia 1873 No. 26" printed on back.
(2) Circular token with emblem on front and the word "Duty" on front, a cross with "K/I/G/Y," "Non Silba Se Anthor" and "Honor" on back.
(3) Decorated square token. Front center portrait in a circular frame toped with a Klan hood with a hole punch at top. Text on front reads "Sans Peur Et" "Sans Reproche" "1866" "1915." Text on back reads "Hero Cross Presented by the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan.
(4) Circular token. Front side has image of hooded Klansman with flaming cross in background and "Ku Klux Klan" printed at top. Back side reads "Unite American Into One Order Under One Banner."
(5) Circular token. Front has "UKA" in large overlapping letters encircled by text "United Klans of America." Back side has portrait of a man with "1961" encircled by text "Robert M. Shelton Imperial Wizard"
